Christien has over 15 years of experience in sales and marketing for B2B SaaS, playing a pivotal role in a $330 million exit to Oracle. As a seasoned management consultant, he has driven strategic growth and built high-performance teams across multiple industries. His expertise lies in operational efficiency and scaling businesses, making him a key asset in unlocking value for BDE Capital’s portfolio companies.

Christien holds an MBA from Georgia State University and a BA in Political Science from Louisiana State University. He is also a former walk-on kicker for the LSU football team.

Rhea Davis

Rhea brings over two decades of leadership in healthcare management, most notably overseeing a $150 million portfolio at AthenaHealth. With a deep understanding of ambulatory care operations, she has a proven track record of optimizing processes and driving sustainable growth in complex healthcare environments. Her extensive network of healthcare providers, combined with her operational expertise, makes her a driving force in BDE Capital’s healthcare-focused investments.Rhea holds a BA in English from Florida State University and was a player on the FSU water polo team.
