What we pay
$100,000. Cash, wired at closing. No retainer, no monthly, nothing owed if we do not close.
Plus a watch of your choice, up to $10,000. We will engrave the company name and the closing date on it if you want us to.
The rules
Three, and they are the same three every firm uses.
Not an add-on to something we already own.
If we have already talked to the company, we will tell you within five business days and show you the evidence. If we cannot show you the evidence, we pay.
If ten other buyers already have the book, you did not introduce us to anything.
* If the seller is paying you too, say so up front. We are not precious about it and it does not disqualify anything. Finding out later is the only version that becomes a problem. Back
